The Neighbor Window

The Neighbor window displays your city's population at the top- right, along
with the population of its neighboring cities and the total population of
SimNation. Use this window to compare your city with the cities that you
compete with for people and other resources, and to see just how big a part
of the whole nation you are (or aren't).
The Neighbor window can be opened by selecting the Neighbor tab from within
the City Info window, which is opened from the Windows menu.
